It\u2019s official! The 2025 Hermes Creative Award winners<\/a> are here, and REACH has been recognised for the third consecutive year. It includes<\/strong> two gold awards earned on behalf of our stellar clients: <\/strong>Roundhouse and ila.<\/p>\n

Our creative team worked to get both clients\u2019 award-winning websites to the finish line, and we\u2019re proud of the results.<\/p>\n

About the Hermes Creative Awards<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re new to the Hermes Creative Awards, here\u2019s a quick introduction:<\/p>\n

Internationally renowned, the awards celebrate the efforts of creative professionals. It\u2019s one of the oldest and largest creative competitions in the world, with winners ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.<\/p>\n

Judges evaluate the creative industry\u2019s best publications, branding collateral, websites, videos, advertising, marketing and communication programs to select the winners each year.<\/p>\n

REACH is a comprehensive marketing agency for residential property management. This year\u2019s client entries resulted in two wins \u2014 both gold \u2014 for website design.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Roundhouse Property Website Wins Gold<\/h2>\n

Roundhouse won gold for its property website for The Beaumont<\/a>. REACH brought creativity to the design \u2014 in collaboration with the Roundhouse team \u2014 showcasing images of the affordable housing community and surrounding landscape in Bozeman, Montana.<\/p>\n

The site also features a visually interesting colour palette, seamless navigation and clear calls to action to capture prospective renters.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

We connected with Kallie to learn about their experience and see what marketing plans they\u2019ve got on the horizon.<\/p>\n

What does this award mean to you?<\/h3>\n

Kallie:<\/strong> \u201cThis award is such an honour to receive. As a creative in the marketing space, putting time and energy into developing a creative direction, communicating the vision and seeing it come to life is incredibly energising and rewarding.\u201d<\/p>\n

Can you describe your experience working with REACH? <\/h3>\n

Kallie:<\/strong> \u201cOur team at REACH was so organised, communicative and efficient! The website was returned to us much faster than we expected, and very few revisions were needed to get it to the level we wanted it. This is a testament to the team\u2019s ability to ask the right questions, understand our vision and execute on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

What marketing goal are you focused on next? <\/h3>\n

Kallie:<\/strong> \u201cWe are so energised by this award. We\u2019re going to use this momentum to keep creating a signature, consistent and memorable experience of our property and corporate brands at every opportunity. We\u2019ve already begun redesigning other websites and using this success as inspiration!\u201d<\/p>\n

Another well-deserved gold: ila\u2019s website <\/h2>\n

The ila website<\/a> also earned the gold accolade. REACH helped bring ila\u2019s creative design vision to life, then made the site functional.<\/p>\n

The final result pairs stunning visuals with engaging copy, user-friendly features and an intuitive layout to guide renters searching for their next home.<\/strong><\/p>\n
