Active in the country\u2019s trendiest inner-city suburbs, the company partners with leading developers, institutional investors and family offices to deliver projects from early design and feasibility through to stabilisation and exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-amp-solution\">The Challenge &amp; Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As UKO expanded, managing a growing portfolio of BTR and co-living apartments became increasingly complex. The company needed a centralised property management system to handle its increasing number of apartments, while ensuring seamless scalability and high operational efficiency. Furthermore, while they had a website showcasing their properties, it lacked a critical feature \u2013 the ability for prospects to book or apply online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address these challenges, UKO implemented solutions from Yardi\u2019s Residential Suite, including RentCafe for marketing websites and the resident app and portal, allowing the company to effectively manage its expanding portfolio.
