Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Chen leads a team to provide advisory services, helping global real estate investors, developers, owners and operators build operating models to execute their business strategy. Mr. Chen is also the Hong Kong Chapter head for the International Blockchain Real Estate Association (IBREA) and is the Honorary Secretary of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, HK and International Chapter (CRECCHKI).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2019\/05\/david-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>David Chen, FOG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>David is the Chief Executive of F.O.G. Capital &amp; Asset Management Group and the independent non-executive director of Yuexiu REITs. He was previously Vice President, China of CDPQ-Ivanhoe Cambridge Group.<\/p>\n<p>David\u2019s past experience includes a senior executive position in Hong Kong New World Group, which is one of the top real estate developers and investors in Hong Kong and listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as a blue chip company. Mr. Chen has been managing large scale mixed-use real estate development in over 10 cities in China.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2019\/05\/bernie-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Bernie Devine, Yardi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 30+ years\u2019 experience dedicated to real estate and technology, Bernie is a leader in digital transformation in real estate, and using data to create a more competitive and collaborative environment. <\/p>\n<p>He supports real estate clients with Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Mixed Use assets, helping them to grow their operations, create efficiencies, and gain better insight into their business. His expertise includes asset and investment management, private equity, operations improvement, program and project management, finance, technology implementation and compliance. <\/p>\n<p>Bernie has led large-scale technology projects, as well as led and supported Proptech start-ups, across Australia, the USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe. <\/p>\n<p>Currently responsible for the growth of Yardi Systems in Asia, Bernie lives in Hong Kong and is a qualified accountant and economist.
