As part of this, we sponsor and provide thought leadership at a number of events across the region.<br \/>\nOver the last quarter, these have included:<\/p>\n<p><strong>121 Property Investment<\/strong><br \/>\nThe 121 Property Investment Hong Kong event featured more than 400 companies, bringing them together with over 1600 investment firms to discuss the latest trends and investment opportunities. \u201cThe 121 conferences continue to deliver very good value, providing intensive meeting schedules with high quality investors, removed from the noise of service providers and salesmen who overwhelm most conferences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bernie Devine, our Regional Director, joined panellists to discuss on the latest proptech trends and what excites property investors. Many international property development companies with leading property funds, investors and financiers from Hong Kong, Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region were seen at this two day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weare121.com\/121propertyinvestment-hk\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">121 Property Investment event.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>CRECCHKI Gurus\u2019 Breakfast Chitchat series<\/strong><br \/>\nYardi is proud to continue our support of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter (CRECCHKI) this year. We co-host the monthly \u201cGurus\u2019 Breakfast Chitchat\u201d series in Hong Kong. We were happy to see many of you join us at these Guru\u2019s Breakfast Chitchat events \u2013 in January, February, March. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2019\/05\/CRE_2.png\" alt=\"\u201cCRECCHKI Gurus\u201d\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These monthly events see distinguished guest speakers and bring curated topics for CRECCHKI members and guests, each session provides an opportunity to hear about a different aspect of what\u2019s affecting the real estate industry, from leaders in their field.
