Acquisition of 12 community malls prompts the adoption of Yardi\u2019s comprehensive property and asset management platform<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HONG KONG, May 6, 2019<\/strong> \u2014 Real estate private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners will adopt Yardi Voyager\u00ae Commercial<\/a> and products from the Yardi\u00ae Commercial Suite<\/a> for property management, accounting, asset and facility management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After acquiring a new retail portfolio comprising 12 shopping malls \nin Hong Kong in March 2019, Gaw Capital Partners is adopting a visionary\n and creative approach for the malls. The goal is to deliver quality \nservice for tenants and create engaging community hubs for locals and \nvisitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve those goals, Gaw Capital Partners adopted Yardi Voyager to\n handle its property management and accounting needs in a single \ndatabase.
