Utility Billing
Yardi Energy Solutions ™ is a utility billing service that fully integrates submetered and ratio utility billing with Yardi Voyager, so you can eliminate third-party interfaces and work more efficiently. Convergent bills are auto-generated and sent to residents by mail or email, and can be paid online (ACH or credit card) via Yardi Portal. Utility analytics give owners and managers complete control of utility payables by detecting errors, identifying leaks, notifying responsible parties of trouble areas, and promptly recovering overage charges.
Energy Management
Yardi Energy Solutions includes vacant unit cost recovery and management, invoice processing, consumption analytics, and energy procurement. Daily monitoring of vacant unit consumption can reduce energy waste, utility theft, and unnecessary costs. Utility invoices can be processed electronically with an online approval workflow. Approved invoices are paid on time, via EFT or check. Common area and master meter consumption analytics capture monthly consumption data as utility invoices are processed. For submetered systems, Yardi Energy Solutions provides daily individual unit consumption data.
Meter Installation and Maintenance
Yardi offers a turnkey submetering solution, and guarantees a professional installation by knowledgeable, experienced technicians. We have the expertise to install systems for water, electricity, gas, and heating and cooling systems. All installations are overseen and coordinated by a project manager. Full time in-house service technicians are located across the US, and full-service maintenance programs are available. |
