We have been watching the terrible destruction of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma unfold and have broadened our support to include those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Our teams are prepared to help you address software issues or requests that might arise as a result of the disaster, such as:

• Completing month-end closing procedures
• Leasing workflow challenges

Please note that the 855.223.4882 hotline and HurricaneSupport@yardi.com inbox will be covered from 9am-4pm, 7 days a week local time by live Yardi support reps and backed by support teams on multiple coasts. All calls and emails received outside of those hours will be sent to voicemail and responded to as soon as possible.
