ShiawasseeREALTORS.com displays local real estate listings, agent information and neighborhood demographics
SAN DIEGO (June 5, 2014) – The Greater Shiawassee Association of REALTORS® (GSAR) debuted a redesigned website in April, populated by real estate data supplied by Point2. ShiawasseeREALTORS.com enables consumers to view homes for sale, properties for rent and real estate agents in Michigan’s Shiawassee County and the surrounding areas.
The mobile-friendly website allows users to search for properties by such criteria as property type, number of bedrooms and price. The listing agent’s contact information is displayed alongside homes that are for sale or rent, directing site visitors to the most knowledgeable resource.
Additionally, Shiawassee buyers and sellers seeking guidance and representation can use the “Find a REALTOR®” tool to connect with local real estate agents.
“The Greater Shiawassee Association of REALTORS® is always looking to improve our ability to promote real estate in mid-Michigan, promote our member agents, appraisers and affiliate members,” stated Jeff McIntyre, president of GSMAR. “The redesign of our public website is a key part of that effort.”
In addition to property listings, GSAR’s new Point2 MLS and Association Consumer Portal provides information about upcoming open houses, area neighborhoods and local demographics.
