Davis Property & Investment Selects the Yardi Commercial Suite

Washington state property manager’s cloud-based platform combines leasing, budgeting and accounting with paperless invoicing and tenant services

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 8, 2017 – Davis Property & Investment (DPI) has selected a single platform solution from Yardi® that will unify multiple business operations.

DPI adopted Yardi Voyager®, a cloud-based property management and accounting platform, and products from the Yardi® Commercial Suite. The company will use this full business solution to complete leases faster, achieve full financial oversight of construction projects, enhance tenant satisfaction with online self-service options, and perform paperless invoice processing and bank deposits.

DPI will implement Yardi® Leasing Manager, Yardi® Construction Management, COMMERCIALCafé™, Yardi® Procure to Pay and Yardi® CHECKscan™ in addition to Yardi Voyager.

The Voyager platform eliminates manual tasks associated with tracking construction job costs, responding to maintenance requests and completing accounts receivable transactions.
