SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Dec. 2, 2014 — Yardi announced today that Bella Investment Group has selected Yardi Voyager® as its property management and accounting platform, combined with ancillary services from Yardi Multifamily Suite™ and Yardi Marketing Suite™ to achieve a full single-stack solution to manage 1,600 units at nine communities.
Bella Investment Group’s previous software failed to meet the company’s desire to operate more efficiently by performing multiple operations from a single platform. After identifying its business goals and evaluating other options, Bella Investment Group chose Yardi Voyager, the advanced Software as a Service (SaaS) platform with a single database and mobility for leasing, maintenance, accounting, and reporting.
