Corporate AwardsBest of the Best Awards – Technology Adoption Category ALFA, 2012 The ALFA Best of the Best awards recognize innovative new programs and services that are creating the future of senior living. Awards are given in eight categories of operational excellence; both senior living provider companies and companies offering products and services to senior living communities are eligible. Yardi Systems and Pathway Senior Living were awarded an ALFA Best of the Best Award for utilizing technology to significantly simplify and automate management of Medicaid billing for Pathway communities offering a Medicaid option. Medicaid billing and coding is a complex process, and the Yardi/Pathway Medicaid billing solution reduces the amount of time and effort applied to this function and provides a greater assurance of accuracy across state Medicaid programs.

RealComm, 2012 | 2009 | 2008 | 2005 | 2004 Realcomm’s Digie Awards are presented annually to groundbreaking commercial real estate companies, individuals, and solution providers. In 2012, the new Yardi Orion™ for SharePoint® platform for 360-degree business intelligence, document management, and portals was recognized in the Real Estate Technology Innovation category as “a groundbreaking concept that promises an unprecedented level of integration.” In 2009, Yardi was honored in the Best Use of Technology — Real Estate Transaction category for its collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield. The award cited Yardi’s leadership in the development of software solutions for the global exchange of real estate data and contributions to business process automation. In 2008, Yardi and partners rCash, SiteStuff, Cambridge Solutions, and Bank of America earned the Best Technology — Real Estate Transaction award for pioneering an integrated procurement and invoice processing system to help CB Richard Ellis develop a paperless workflow.

RealComm, 2009 | 2004 Anant Yardi received the Digital Impact Award from RealComm in 2004. Part of the prestigious Digie Awards, this honor is presented to “outstanding individuals who have consistently demonstrated tenacity and persistence in promoting technological innovation in our industry.” In 2009, Brad Setser, Vice President of Marketing at Yardi, earned a Digital Impact Award citing his tireless focus on relevant industry solutions and customer satisfaction, his consistent promotion of industry innovation, and his devotion to raising the bar of industry practices.
Realcomm "Digie" (Digital Innovation) Award Best Technology, Real Estate Transaction, 2008 Yardi earned the award for Best Technology in the Real Estate Transaction category for pioneering an integrated solution that promotes sustainability. Yardi and partners rCash, SiteStuff, Inc., Cambridge Solutions Ltd., and Bank of America successfully integrated procurement and invoice processing systems to help their joint client CB Richard Ellis develop an interconnected, paperless processing flow. The project is part of CBRE's "Planet Building" initiative that aims to improve operational sustainability and efficiency and make the nearly 2 billion square feet of commercial real estate under CBRE management carbon-neutral by 2010.
Business of the Year Award CA 35th Assembly District, 2006 Company founder Anant Yardi accepted a framed proclamation from Assemblyman Pedro Nava, which characterized Yardi Systems as an exemplary small business that "empowers, encourages, and challenges its employees to work to their highest potential." Yardi Systems was also lauded for its volunteer and philanthropic efforts to advance humanitarian causes.
Best Provider of Property Management Software Apartment Finance Today, 2007 | 2006 | 2005 | 2004 | 2003 | 2002 For the sixth year in a row, Apartment Finance Today readers voted Yardi Systems as the best provider of property management software. Yardi continues to dominate the property management software industry, as 26.4 percent of respondents reported that it was their primary software suite, a sizable jump from 21.6 percent in 2005. Peter Altobelli, General Manager of Yardi’s Canadian operations, was named in 2005, and Brad Setser, Yardi’s Vice President of Marketing, was honored in 2007, 2010, 2011, and 2012. Membership Recruitment Award National Affordable Housing Management Association, 2005 | 2006 Mark Livanec, Director, Affordable Housing and PHA Sales, has been awarded the "NAHMA Membership Recruitment Award" for the second year in a row. This award is given annually to a NAHMA member who leads in new-member recruitment for the previous 12-month period. Now in its second year, this awards program honors individual lifetime achievement, outstanding individual leadership in several categories, and outstanding partnership organizations. Livanec has worked with Yardi Systems, Inc. since 1998 and is actively involved in NAHMA, regional AHMAs, NCSHA, NLHA, CARH, NAHRO, and The Campaign for Affordable Housing. He also maintains NCP-e, COS, and PHO industry certifications.
Professional Appreciation Award Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS), 2005 Yardi Systems received a "Professional Appreciation Award" presented by David Cardwell of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and the Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS) group. The award was presented to outstanding individuals from companies participating in the MITS initiative and was given to Tamara Berndt, Residential Product Manager of Yardi Voyager property and asset management software. She received the award in recognition of her leadership in, and commitment to, the development and implementation of apartment industry data standards.
